The Job
On behalf of CooperSurgical, we are looking for an experienced Administrator.
One of your main tasks will be to support the Service support team with creating workorders and sales orders in the system. You will support the planners in regard to specific plans and visits that have to be arranged. These must be scheduled and created accordingly. Furthermore, you may be attending internal meetings.
Your profile
You are used to working within the field of administration and you are able to prioritize a lot of different tasks daily. You are used to working with an international team and speak and write fluent English. You are used to taking responsibility and able to follow through on all tasks.
We expect that you are detail-oriented and that you possess excellent organizational skills. Furthermore, it is paramount that you are a competent communicator.
The right candidate is eager to work in a fast-paced environment and has a positive attitude.
Experience with Dynamics365 and/or Navision is an advantage but not a requirement.
Professional qualifications:
- Organized, good at following up and working methodically.
- Perfect English skills
- Strong comfort level with Microsoft Office

- Proactive, service-minded and determined
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive and a customer service-oriented mindset
Other information
This is a fulltime position starting as soon as possible and at a duration of 4 months.
Working hours are between 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Salary according to qualifications.
You will be employed by Moment and work for CooperSurgical in Ballerup.
Interviews will take place on a continuous basis and the position will start as soon as the right candidate has been found.
