Within the Finance Organization, DFDS is currently looking to implement OneStream, a new state of the art Enterprise Performance Management platform. In connection with that, the Finance Systems team is looking for an EPM consultant to help support the design, build, test, and implementation, as well as future value-creation of this new tool.
The Finance Systems team within Group Finance has a broad scope and is designed to operate both centrally and cross-functionally, in close cooperation with senior management, core business areas and IT teams. DFDS aim to make a positive impact to the way we work with Finance Systems in DFDS, helping our colleagues to unlock business value from the systems. DFDS is establishing a highly collaborative EPM team consisting of four colleagues, and they love to have fun along the way.
In the role as Internal EPM-Consultant, you will get to
Partner with multiple key stakeholders within the Finance Organization. The position gives you an opportunity to be part of a strategic, important team where you can further build your Performance Management competences. As Finance Systems is cross-functional in nature, you will be provided with the opportunity of having exposure to a large part of our business, and to interact with stakeholders, both in Denmark and across DFDS Group
On the first day, we will expect you to have
- A master’s degree within Economics, Finance, Business Administration, IT or similar.
- A basic understanding of finance processes.
- Capabilities to translate finance business requirements into system solutions.
- Experience with OneStream or other EPM systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience interacting with stakeholders from different parts of an organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate requirement gathering activities.
- Develop Models, Dimensions, Reports, Input Forms, Business Logic rules, and basic configurations in the new EPM tool.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Communicate and clearly present ideas and solutions to users, stakeholders, and team members.
- In addition to primary interactions within the Finance organization, you are also expected to interact with project team members and solution architects to verify requirements and solutions.
At a personal level, we expect that you are independent yet open to ideas, a good listener and good at asking questions. Moreover, a problem solver with strong technical capabilities and interests, has experience within project work and a basic understanding of finance disciplines.
