As an employee at the Webshop at Matas, you will be part of ensuring that the customers have a great experience with their online purchases. You will join a high-spirited and young team with a fun and ‘hyggelig’ social environment, where there is also room for differences and freedom with responsibility.

Your primary tasks will be picking and packing orders for Matas’ eCommerce customers all over the country. It will therefore be your responsibility to collect the right goods and products from the shelves and make sure that they are shipped properly. There will be a thorough training and onboarding of their systems and tasks. During less busy days, other ad-hoc task may occur in the warehouse.

Who are you?

If you are the right candidate for this position, you have an excellent sense of order and you complete your tasks thoroughly. You like doing the same routines and maybe you even find satisfaction in optimizing your routine to be faster and better. You understand the importance of stability and you can keep your head cool – especially in peaks seasons where the pace is high. You like teamwork but working independently is no problem either.

Practical information

Working hours are between 07.00 - 20.00 Monday to Friday and from 08.00 - 16.00 Saturday and Sunday. Each week you enter which days and periods you wish to work in our My Job app. Please note that your shift wishes must be a minimum of four hours. To be taken into consideration for this position you must be able to work a minimum of two times per week and you can see yourself working here for a longer period.

Your shifts will be a mix of permanent shifts and standby shifts, which means that we can not guarantee full time hours. However, depending on your flexibility, effort and especially in peak seasons up to full-time hours will be a possibility.

Transport:

The Matas Webshop are located 3,5 kilometers from Humlebæk Station. There are a few bus connections to the address, otherwise the options are limited. We therefore recommend that you – before you apply for the job – explore your transportation options.

The hiring process:

If we still think you are a good match after the interview, we will then invite you to an information meeting where you will learn more about the job and we will learn more about you.

If you are to be offered the job, you must be prepared for two paid training days, in which you will have to participate.

Salary:

The salary is 132,59 DKK per hour (incl.7% in free-choice account) + 8% in Retirement.
