We are looking for part-time employees for Veo’s Customer Service team. Veo is the world’s leading AI-powered sports camera company. You will be a part of their accelerating growth journey in a modern scale-up company consisting of highly diverse, open-minded, high-spirited, and fun-loving individuals. You get to work with Veo’s super cool Customer Service team and some of your responsibilities will include:
- Respond to customer requests in a clear and comprehensive manner.
- Unpack incoming cameras from customers for repair and send back fixed cameras.
- Adhere to our KPIs for response time and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with product/engineering/hardware teams to resolve the different kinds of user issues with the camera and/or the platform.
You will collaborate with colleagues from around the world in an inspiring environment where you can feel the entrepreneurial spirit. The atmosphere is filled with creativity that is the root of the startup vibe. On top of that Veo is expected to move to exciting new location with fun facilities such as an indoor soccer field and climbing wall.
Your Profile
You will be a key person influencing the satisfaction and success of our customers, and we, therefore, expect the following qualifications:
- Is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and cope with constant change.
- Experience in customer service and familiarity with customer service tools is an advantage.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Experience with tech support and/or product support is an advantage, but is not required.
Practical information
It is a part-time temporary position – but with good opportunities for extension.
It is a requirement that you can work weekend shifts and at least 2 weekends a month. The expectation is that you have between 12-15 hours of availability over the weekend and between 12-15 hours during the week as well.
Working hours are between 13:00-23:00 at the office in Copenhagen
The hour-based salary is DKK 165 on the weekends plus 6% in addition.
