For Christopher Cloos, a locally rooted global eyewear company located in the heart of Copenhagen, we are currently seeking an ambitious and strategic Chief Operational Officer with strong skills within Supply Chain Management and Logistics.

Christopher Cloos is on a journey to dress 1.000.000 faces globally with impeccable and affordable eyewear, and for the journey, they are on the hunt for a COO with immaculate operational competencies along with financial and accounting acumen.

As the future COO, you will, based on competitive insights and customer knowledge, create and develop strategies that will contribute to the company's business journey, and help increase sales, optimize processes with the end goal of securing happy customers.

The position will include an enhanced focus on the margin business, and you will be reporting and working closely with the CEO.

Your key to success

To achieve success in the role you need to have +three years of leadership/management experience in driving larger teams, along with a track record of reporting at a higher level. With manufacturing business activities across the globe, there is a constant need for structure and a hands-on approach.

Along with a strategic mindset, you retain a strong work ethic and stamina, and your attention to detail is flawless. You possess a natural flair for numbers as with Excel and eCommerce platforms. Furthermore, you hold:

  • Experience with Shopify or similar and logistical applications within eCommerce
  • A 360-degree understanding of digital platforms and how they correlate with operations
  • Experience with digital and operation integration of various systems.

Moreover, you possess great social skills, have an open-minded approach, and thrive in a social environment, as you will join a small team.

Full of inspiration, they decided to create their own line of affordable sunglasses reflected by the style of Christopher Cloos.
